Saturn in your 11th HouseRestrictions.
This is an example:
You might have loads of acquaintances,
yet the inner circle of those that your heart can truly consider as your true 'friends' might be smaller in number.
Think Quality not quantity.
I'm also going to include in this example the aspect you have going from Saturn 11th to your Jupiter rx 6th House.
Saturn can also be a sign that you naturally {unconsciously} tend to automatically take on more of the work-responsibility within your networked group of associations, than some belonging-individuals are willing to perform.
...
Reminds me of classes from my high school years.
The teacher would assign a 'group project'. The teacher will assign ONE grade that is to be "shared" by each member OF that group, on their student record.
And, you are given no choice of 'who' will be your work-partners on the team.
In a way I always thought this to be very unfair.
There are lazy students who will take advantage and lay-back and do NOTHING to participate because they 'know' that the best students (who work HARD for making high grades) are in a situation of being 'forced' to pick-up their share of work! --
Therefore, the lazy ones profit from such situations. The best student(s) must accept more responsibility because they have an interest in keeping-up their 'own' (ego's) good grades.
It's hard when you're a "responsible one" and the others in the group instantly-know it and will take unfair advantage of that situation-- if they have poor morals, with a tendency to be dishonest?
As I think on that now, decades later--
the real lesson in that situation was a test of leadership abilities.
* To have been good at your motivational skills,
* To be able to discern team member's abilities, making good and fair assessments of the capabilities of each team member.
* To have a sense of 'what was fair' -- delegating pieces of the project TO the more-capable members.
* To instill a sense of inclusion among the members. Have them 'feel proud of' whatever effort they were called-out to lend in the group's endeavor.
It is a test of ego and pride?
Must be able to even lower your expectations, for the sake of others. It's not 'just-about' you--- you're a Team. (Hopefully) ALL will be doing their best-- from varying levels of abilities.
I was using a stark example above, as it lends itself to describe the dynamics of your other aspect---
QUOTE
Jupiter Quincunx (Inconjunct) Saturn
Jupiter 6th House (jobs projects Work Unions)
Saturn 11th House (responsibility networks)
. .
You easily overextend yourself,
then wonder why others take advantage of you.
. .
Learning to see your real obligations without being talked into having an overblown picture of yourself is the way to success.
You can get in a trap of believing that 'only you' can do a certain task, thus you end up having to do it.
At root you may find the same item in your personality (that throws your self-picture askew) is that quality which causes you to develop a self-righteous attachment to your deeply held prejudices.
